I rest my mind.

 

I use coping strategies that bring a feeling of control back to my body and mind.

 

I can easily step outside of my thoughts and mindfully observe my surroundings.

 

I prioritize my mental health.

 

I take frequent breaks throughout the day to practice mindfulness and organize my thoughts.

 

I take time to discover who I truly am.
