I let myself rest.

 

I have done my best to be resilient and to adapt.

 

I will allow myself to recover from my physical and mental effort.

 

I regularly incorporate breaks into my life.

 

I allow myself to be still and quiet.

 

I'm taking my life back.

 

I prioritize adequate rest and good sleep every day.

 

I no longer feel guilty for taking a break.
