I will not obsess over my problems.


I trust my ability to cope with unpleasant situations.


I will spend time in the here and now.


I am mindful of my thoughts.


I gently guide myself back to the present moment whenever I find myself overthinking.


I acknowledge that the obsessive thought is not rooted in reality.


I believe that what's meant to be, will be.


I make peace with uncertainty.
