Social media has made it easier to compare ourselves to others. We have instant access to others’ accomplishments, vacations, job promotions, and so on. 

 

This often clouds our minds with negative feelings and we end up feeling sad and insecure. Social media is no doubt a very powerful tool, so make sure you use it to feel good, not miserable. Choose your content better. 

 

Tweak your social media feeds so that you only see the content that makes you feel inspired and happy. Follow people who make you feel better, and help you improve your wellbeing and skills. Focus on the good things in your life, not those of others.
