You're trying to do your best in this crazy world. You're on a journey of healing.
And sometimes, you will struggle. You will find it difficult to stay hopeful. It's okay.
Give yourself grace. Acknowledge that it is hard. You are allowed to have your feelings, and acknowledge your pain and anger.
Ironically, when you admit that you're having a hard time, it gets easier to cope.
Observe yourself with compassion. Life may not be perfect, but it can still be pretty good. You can rise above it all.
