Coping with difficult situations can seem harder when you have to be strong for others.


You feel like you have to suppress your feelings and hold it together all the time.


But you must remember that unless you acknowledge your pain and let yourself release your emotions, you will end up slipping into darkness.


This way you can help neither yourself nor those you care about. Let yourself show vulnerability.


Take some alone time to cope in healthy ways(e.g., crying, meditating, exercising, or journaling).


You can be vulnerable and scared and still be strong. You can move forward despite your fears. You can still believe that everything will work out.
