None of us can avoid negative thoughts. But we can still choose to do what's good for us.
Whenever negative thoughts seem too overwhelming, write them down on a piece of paper, then rip them up and throw them away in the trash.
When we physically throw those negative thoughts into the trash, we solidify the idea that those thoughts are not important to us.
By throwing your thoughts away, you're tagging them as unworthy, which takes away their power.
This action moves your focus away from thoughts that drain your energy.
