When you're trying to better yourself and work on your shortcomings, there will be times when you lose control in your journey.

It's okay. The distractions and difficult situations will test you. But keep going anyway. You may go slow, but as long as you keep going, you will make progress. You will be able to let your doubts go fairly quickly.

Pay attention to the way you speak to yourself. This will help you stop perpetuating unhealthy attitudes toward yourself. When you're kind to yourself, you will be better able to encourage yourself to give your best effort.
