Many of us tend to give up on our goals because it seems too far away from us. We tend to invalidate all the work we have put in. 

 

When it gets hard, remind yourself of the progress you have already made so far. Acknowledge how far you have come. 

 

You set goals because you wanted to make some positive changes in your life. If you quit before reaching your goal, how will you make those changes? Push yourself to keep taking consistent action toward your goal. Believe in yourself.
