Let your mind settle before making a decision. Your first reaction might not always be the best reaction.


You need to practice giving yourself enough time to come up with a solution that can help you make things better, not worse.


Pausing will help you to resist the urge to make rash decisions. A few seconds of anger can lead to lasting repercussions.


Simply stepping back and pausing for a moment can make all the difference. Don't react too quickly. Stay calm. This moment will pass.
