Stay away from useless drama. You don't have to do exactly what other people are doing.


Comparison, rumination, and anxious anticipation deplete your mental energy and keep you from fully engaging in activities that improve your life.


Protect your attention. Your energy is extremely valuable. Be more selective with where you spend your energy.
