By constantly worrying about things that could go wrong in the future, you ruin your chances for happiness in the present.


We will never get rid of the feeling of uncertainty, but we can learn to live with it. Don't lose your sense of peace over something you don't even know yet.


Why would you entertain negative thoughts about something that's not actually happening?


Practice acceptance and appreciate the good things you have right now. Focus on becoming a better version of yourself every day.


Remind yourself that worrying will not make you better at predicting the future. Just trust that no matter what comes next, you will be okay.
