Our friendships tend to change as we age. We stop hearing from or seeing friends who were important to us at an earlier time in our lives.


But that doesn't mean they are any less valuable. You can think of them fondly and appreciate their value even if you’ve moved on.


Friendships are susceptible to circumstances. It’s only natural for friends to drift apart as time goes on. Don't feel guilty about it.


You don't have to rekindle every friendship you once had. Focus on meeting new people and making new friends that fit your current life situation.
