Wish others well. Don't let feelings of envy overpower you.


Remind yourself that you're only seeing an edited version of people's lives on social media.


When you simply acknowledge your feelings without acting on them or internalizing them, you prevent yourself from engaging in a destructive thought process.


Being envious hurts only you. Not having exactly what others have doesn't make you less worthy.


Truly wishing others well will help you increase your own positivity and cope better with feelings of envy.


Focus on your unique strengths, and abilities, and pay more attention to feelings that improve your sense of well-being.
