My mental health is my number one priority.

 

I practice self-love.

 

I give myself permission to take a time out when I need it.

 

Every day, I take a few minutes to calm down and focus on my breathing.

 

I do not allow myself to get blinded by negative thoughts.

 

I am directing my energy towards what adds value to my life.
