Nothing can disturb my peace of mind.

 

Instead of reacting impulsively, I choose a meaningful response.

 

I take a pause before reacting.

 

I always remember to take deep breaths and allow any unpleasant feelings to pass by.

 

I am confident that I can handle whatever life throws my way.

 

I consciously choose to be still.

 

Peace is always available to me.
