You need to abandon the harmful narratives you've created for yourself. You aren't a hopeless loser who can't do anything right. Life can be pretty challenging at times. It's okay to feel sad, angry, or not good enough in response to whatever obstacle you are facing in life. Cry, shout, let your emotions out. Remember everything is always changing. You might be suffering today, but tomorrow you’ll be happy. Bad times will go and good times will come. Breathe. Relax. Allow yourself to be happy, excited, and hopeful.
