Some days, you will feel on top of the world, and some days you may not even want to get out of bed. That's totally normal.
Don't force yourself to be happy or productive every day. You have to let out your anger, sadness, and other unpleasant emotions. Don't hold it in.
On days when you feel miserable, remind yourself that it’s only temporary. You will overcome it and feel fine again. You just have to maintain a sense of normalcy in your routine. Take care of yourself. Do the things that will help you stay calm and centered.
