When you accept that bad days are normal, you don't resist them. You let them come and go.
Some days are just terrible and there's not much you can do about it. Don't force yourself to be positive.
Let the bad day be a bad day. Just get through them and then allow yourself to move on to better days.
Tomorrow is another day and it will bring an opportunity to start fresh. Get back up and try again.
You have the strength within yourself to emerge better than before.
