It's okay if you feel like you didn't grow past year. Maybe your life did not go as planned and you feel drained after dealing with numerous difficulties.

 

Take time to process your feelings. You can start where you are. Take steps to reflect on your experiences and acknowledge the effort you put in to make the most of each day.

 

This will help you to let go of the constant feeling that you are not giving your best. Do it at your own pace, things take time.

 

Simply working towards keeping your physical and mental health in check is an achievement in itself.
