You don't have to know what's next. Stop trying to control every possibility.
We don't have the ability to do that anyway. None of us can know what will become of our lives.
This feeling of not knowing is unsettling. But thankfully we can use the power of our breath to ground ourselves and find some peace.
Take a deep breath and relax into this moment. Simply trust that you will figure it out eventually.
Things will work out. Allow it to happen, whatever it is. We can keep going even if we don’t know what’s next.
