Feelings of hopelessness make you believe that your circumstances won’t improve, and there's no point in trying.


Perhaps you are assuming the worst-case scenario that may occur in the future. Maybe it will happen, maybe it won't. Don't ruin the present moment or undermine your ability to make things better.


Focus on this very moment. Take things one day at a time, and stay patient. Trust that you will be fine. Just because your thoughts tell you that positive change isn’t possible, that doesn’t make it true.
