Let yourself be bored. Give your mind a break from overstimulation.

 

Since we have a tendency to quickly adapt to pleasure, the more we chase pleasure or excitement, the more boredom we experience.

 

As a result, we constantly crave stimulation to feel satisfied.

 

Learn to endure boredom during the in-between moments. Don't look at your phone. Let your mind wander and daydream.
