When we are angry, we can say really mean things that can deeply affect the person at the receiving end. You may forget about it but it can scar your relationship. Pause before saying anything in anger. Carefully watch your word choices when you argue with someone. It's going to take some practice since we tend to unintentionally blurt nasty things when we are angry. It may feel like you have no control over your words. That's why it's important to note where feelings of resentment begin in your body as soon as you become aware of them. Do not lose touch with the effect of your words. Strive to treat each other better.
