Be patient. It takes time to see the situation for what it is. Think through a particular situation instead of immediately acting upon your initial reaction. Gather all the facts. Try to understand what is behind the obvious. When you jump to a negative conclusion, you start feeling terrible about yourself and your life. You start obsessing over negative events and tell yourself you can never be happy - all based on an initial assumption about a situation, which could be completely wrong. Above all, just trust that you’re going to be okay, no matter what happens.
