Sometimes you feel like things are falling apart even after you thought you took care of it all. You feel frustrated, and exhausted not knowing how long it's going to take for things to get better. Or you may wonder if things will ever get better. 


What you need right now is to be okay with what is. Let things fall apart. Don't pressure yourself to make sense of it. Don't cling to the expectation that you should get over something by a certain period of time. We all need time to heal.
