Fears or irrational thoughts prevent you from taking positive action.
These fears often exaggerate the difficulties in your life and lead you to anticipate the worst. Don't let your fear thrive.
Choose gratitude and affirmations. You have to make the effort to invite positivity into your life.
Positivity takes effort because our brains are wired to focus on the negative.
That's why you have to practice choosing positive thoughts, day in and day out.
