Stop rejecting opportunities to embrace good things due to the fear that something bad will follow.


Many of us tend to be afraid of being happy in order to protect ourselves. This often occurs due to the effects of past traumatic events. You end up being convinced that you will probably never experience anything good in your life.


But that's not true. Realize that you will inevitably face both negative and positive experiences. They are a part of life and you have to deal with them in the right way.


Good things will happen to you when you actively look for them and allow them to enrich your life. Believe that you are deserving of happiness.
