Every once in a while, let yourself have a pity party. Allow yourself time. You can't just bounce back immediately from a setback.
You have to give yourself the time to feel the emotions. Scream. Cry all you want. Punch a pillow. Do whatever you feel you need to do.
Know that the way you’re feeling now won’t last forever. You have to feel it to heal it. Once you have had some time, you can allow yourself to move on.
