Your strength is undeniable. But remember you don't have to be strong all the time.

 

Sometimes you will cope well, process your emotions and adapt to your situation.

 

But know that it's also normal to find it difficult to even admit that you're having a hard time. Process your pain patiently.

 

Don’t rush the process. Let yourself cry all you want. Let yourself be weak. It's okay. You've been through so much.

 

You need a break. You need to release your emotions, otherwise you'll be crushed by the weight of those emotions.

 

Breathe. Take care of yourself.
