  • 2 apples (peeled and chopped)
  • 4 oranges (peeled)
  • 1 lemon (peeled)
  • 1 tablespoon of fresh ginger (minced)
  • 1 tablespoon of fresh turmeric (minced)
  • 2 cups of water
Instructions:
  1. Add all of the apples, oranges, and lemons into a blender. Blend until smooth.
  2. Add the ginger and turmeric. Again, blend until smooth.
  3. Lastly, add the water, blending until thoroughly mixed. If you want a more juice-like consistency, add more water as needed.
