  • 2 large bananas (cut and frozen)
  • 1 cup of spinach leaves
  • ½ medium avocado
  • ¼ cup of fresh mint leaves
  • ¼ teaspoon of peppermint extract
  • 1-2 tablespoons of honey

For serving: 

  • Whipped cream
  • Shaved dark chocolate
Instructions:
  1. Add all of the ingredients (except the chocolate and whipped cream). 
  2. Blend together.
  3. Pour into one glass. If you so choose, add the chocolate and whipped cream on top!
